he stopped slowly. he wouldn't cry to be nursed after eating baby food and towards the end would only want to nurse before bed. you'll learn there cues:)

my son weaned himself at 1 yr I'm hoping to go as long this time.

I was planning to feed till 6 months but at 3 months I'll bottle feed during the day and breast at night @mom2be96

I'd like to nurse for two years possibly after that to for comfort or bed time if needed. But after two years id like to pump to give a few oz per day in a cup or over cereal or possibly in other foods basically until I either have no more milk, am no longer able to pump, or Tannon no longer likes the taste. Basically id prefer to give him breastmilk over cow milk or other forms of milk until he no longer wanted it. My husband doesn't really want me nursing after 12 months but I told him tough cookies but he fully supports giving him milk in other ways as long as id like. And of course this may change but this is my ideal plan.

Probably about 2 1/2-3. But even then I couldn't deny him something so healthy. Usually if a child is still nursing after 2 it's a comfort thing or to help get them to sleep. So it's only like 2 times a day which I'd be ok with. When would you try to wean?

will I might stop nursing and do like all bottle so I just need a pumping schedule. id rather do that. maybe just nurse at night. I'd prolly do that till she's 6 months if I can make it that long. then yea I'll just switch over to formula.

breastfeed until they have teeth, then pump. Going to try and do it for the recommended time.
