A bit of cardio, xtrainer, bike, treadmill, anything where my bump doesn't get In the way really I still run but have to wear a big tubigrip around my bump to support it. I dont do as much as I used to iv reduced the speed and distance a lot. Do free weights as well but have reduced the weight and dont really do any core work now. Stopped doing all my cardio classes but do loads of yoga. Iv tried to keep my routine as much as possible just stop doing something if it gets uncomfortable. X
