Can someone tell me what Braxton hicks feel like? I'm having pain in my left hip/back and it's coming and going. It's sharp and only lasts like 5 seconds.

BH is uncomfortable tightening of the uterus. Typically not painful just not comfortable.

Mine started early (I wouldnt have thought it was that), but the doctor said it was and that its normal. Mine is MUCH lower lol Im sure you know how much lower, but its just a tightening feeling...
