So I had a doctor appt today and I am dilated to a 4, my dr said she is surprised I made it this far, she told me to start walking a lot... I need to get this baby out, I was dilated to a 3 for 3 weeks plus I lost my mucus plug 3 weeks ago.... Any suggestions on how to get labor going?
