Ladies I have a question if im breastfeeding and I eat spicy food can the baby taste it.?
Can nursing mothers eat strong-flavored or spicy foods?
Yes, in general. There are many cultures who regularly eat spicy foods and strong-flavored foods, and there is no evidence that a greater percentage of these babies are fussy, gassy, or have other problems with the foods their moms eat. We do know that some strong flavors, like garlic, can pass into the milk but it does not seem to cause problems. In fact, one study showed that babies nursed better after mom ate garlic.
no she doesn't, trust me I've asked a lot of times and all the responses I get is no... I wouldn't be worried
I was worried to especially since my 26 wker is in the NICU and I was told no.. so I still eat spicy things, but you can always check with your Dr
@mrsruvalcaba omg really its because I pumped and gave my baby the milk.
I actually asked that question to my NICU Dr and the NICU nurses and said that's a myth
@nylahmylovely @hellokitty718 like alot becuase I ate something spicy=(
@mommytobe123, when i was breastfeeding i ate salsa and baby girls poop look like it burn her booty:/
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@hellokitty718 thanks
