Does anyone know if you can use a pain relieving patch during pregnancy? (like an icy hot patch) I'm currently 20 weeks

Ive heard u are not supposed to use during third trimester cuz it can cause complications. Not sure about first and second trimester.

I used icy hot on my back and hips throughout my whole first pregnancy

ghost2 I didn’t get pregnant until I stopped using it for 3 full months
