What’s the Difference Between Normal Discharge and Losing Your Mucus Plug?
what's the difference between normal discharge and losing some of your mucus plug? last night I had a little chunk (sorry) and and today I feel kind of crampy. I'm freaking out cause I'm only 33 weeks!

Your mucous plug will be a chunk of mucous (greenish snot looking stuff) or it may be red if there's blood in it (which is normal). And if you lose your mucous plug too early it will grow back! Doesn't mean labor is about to happen. I lost mine almost 3 weeks ago and then lost more the other day and I'm still preggo 😊

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
