Last night was the worst 😭 I've been having horrible pelvic/hip pain that's been bad enough I had to start physical therapy. I can't lay on either of my sides cause if I do it hurts like hell to get up and I can hardly move. Well I laid down with my daughter to put her to sleep and accidentally fell asleep so when I woke up I was hurting so like normal I slowly moved to my back to try and get up and I couldn't move. I got to my back and I got this searing pain in my stomach and it just didn't go away. My bf called l&d to ask what to do and they said to take a couple of the pain pills the OB gave me and to lift my legs up to stretch them. I literally screamed it hurt so bad. The pain was worse than being at a 7 in labor with my daughter. So that woke her up. Luckily my pills kicked in and I was able to sleep but I'm up now and it still hurts like he'll to move. What l&d said was how you can twist you back and throw it out.....is what I somehow did to my uterus. And every time Aiden kicked or moved I just start bawling because it hurts so bad. 😭😥🙇👎

TMI , but my vagina is hurting so bad and my hips just rolling over in bed it hurts so bad !!!! .. when I was pregnant with my son I never had pain like this ! Does anyone know what could be wrong ???? Or what I can do to relieve the pain at night

Do you ladies have anything that helps cramps? They hurt so bad rn. Every time i move i get a sharp hot pain in my left side, like where my ovaries are. Ugh it makes my eyes tear up. Ive never had cramps this bad before

Ok I'm 25 weeks, and I am in seriously excruciating pain!! I told the nurse that my back was hurting so she told me to lay flat on my back for a few minutes to relieve some pain well it made it even worse and I was physically stuck and I cried turning on my side so my husband could help me up. My hips hurt like hell I don't know what to do?? Any moms find a way to relieve some pain??? I don't even know if I can work tomorrow I am hurting so bad...
