Listen, Moms: this app is about a safe environment for sharing during one period in our lives when that matters. Much more so than about the various definitions of pregnancy used elsewhere in the web and mobile. You hear about these fake accounts here only because of our relentless commitment and daily efforts to keep this community safe and clean. This commitment will NEVER go away, but we need to rely on your cooperation. We will continue banning anyone who comes close to compromising safety or contradicts the spirit of mutual support on this app. We have already tightened our security measures a lot, new ones are coming focusing on stricter identity verification at onboarding, closed profiles, and more.
Anyone who feels there is a safer environment for moms on other apps and/or do not understand what is being done about safety here - should take their profiles down and leave. We expect that everyone else realizes that to have a perfect community is everyone's responsibility. Like any family, which requires labor and sacrifice to hold together and will be impossible to keep unless one can appreciate and defend what they have every day.

@delilahsmommy2015, for sure hun, and you would want to do what feels the right thing for your and your baby. I respect that and can't argue it. It is true though Internet will never be safe thought! I just hope that @preggie_usa as they said will come out with new security updates. But I bet it's hard tho for such platform. Altho I have to say I respect how much they're doing in keeping this community as safe and real as possible.

I've been on preggie since October I believe & I've loved it! So many moms that have helped me through so much & it's a non judgement environment. I deleted all other pregnancy apps while I was still pregnant because this one was truly the best out of them all. @preggie_usa you & your team are doing a fantastic job at keeping everyone happy & safe on your app & I've never see that before. you keep us safe & updated on all new changes & you respond to everyone's problems.

Jaime (@delilahsmommy2015), don't go. You have been here longer than @mackatack96 and it is fair to noone - you, hour friends or us - if you leave with and because of her. A very large network that you all know last December took down a million of fake accounts (mainly those that were just idle, not necessarily the identity thieves) that existed for a long time. Would you feel more comfortable there than try to help build a place you know is safe?

I love this app too! And there's really no place where it's completely safe!! It's better than all the other pregnancy communities I know of. And I love how involved u are in trying to make this space better. Keep up the good work
