this is TMI but I'm scared... I don't know what I ate that gave me a really bad diarrhea and this last time I went to the restroom I didn't have to go but I still feel like I do... (I don't know if I'm the only one whose anus gets a burning sensation when I have dirrhea) this hurts! and not only that, it started bleeding a little bit. should I call the Dr?? I'm just really worried since it's coming from back there, not my vagina I'm 4 weeks pp

Took this lastnight...and I'm not sure how I should feel. I've made a terrible mistake by having sex so soon after having a baby but it has made such a precious thing. I really don't want to have an abortion but my Fiancé does. I understand why he wants to go that route but I just would feel absolutely terrible about doing that. So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
