Ladies I had this electric pump given to me by my sil how do I wash the pumps and other parts? I want to wash them but don't want to mess any thing up

I actually just got one of those tonight it came with the little breast feeding bottles.. So I just take it all apart and use the bag? @january10th and @may24th it seems really handy lol I'm glad I got one

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
