A few days off and on. With the tincture (what I have) you orally take 10 drops of each every hour. Every other person I've known who's taken it goes into labor within 24hrs - except for me of course lol. For me they cause occasional contractions but nothing serious or consistent

@schevanya, have you tried blue or black cohosh? They come on pills and in a tincture. I've been using the tincture. Really popular with midwives to induce labor and you can buy them at whole foods and/or vitamin cottage
