Does anyone know any tricks to start dilating yourself at home? Teas, massages, etc. I heard sitting on a yoga ball but I don't have one. Any other suggestions?
I'll be 36 weeks on Sunday. I'm not going past 37 weeks since I'm having twins. Trying to prepare myself for a natural birth. Thanks @rios89
ome lady at food Maxx was telling me what they use to do back in the days lol. I'm 33 weeks now. I'll start when I'm 36 weeks I shall see if it works. @mommaof4
@mommaof4, primrose pills have helped soften my cervix!
Thank you @sking092192 sk that's what i meant to ask. Heads are down. Just want to start getting the area ready since I'm trying to deliver natural.
There really isn't anything that will dilate you, those things all help soften your cervix and get baby's head low, that's what causes you to dilate from my understanding
Hey I’m 26 with two children #myfirstpost
Okay I’ll be real and explained why I joined, I didn’t know I could be looked up or anyone would actually see this post, I was informed someone I know has been stealing pics and I came to look and see what’s going on if any of mine were on there or anyone else I knew. I just typed until it let me post since it was required before I could look around on the app.
It's my turn ladies!
Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.
