What birth control method would you say is the best between the patch and nexplanon?

I liked the patch when I was younger. never tried nexplabon

hated the patch. never stayed on my skin. doc said that is super common. and it leaves that sticky reside on your skin that doesn't come off for a long time.

Haha nope. the sticky residue stayed on my skin and the patch itself always came off. drove me nuts.

the sticky stuff is a down side but my periods were regular on the patch and that's the only time I've had regular periods

No it made them better for me. I actually had one every month on the patch

My dr said that patch would probably be good for me. Just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks (: @spud
