yes but only for occasional use like for constipation. too much will upset their tummy more.
if his tummy feels hard and his poop is like pebbles then you can give him an ounce of apple juice with an ounce of water mixed in.
both are normal. many babies only poop every few days. you can try gas drops or a more sensitive formula like the enfamil gentle ease for severe gas. check with your doctor first though before a formula change.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
