My baby is two weeks old and his nose is stuffy but not runny. Is this normal?

I was told they sound stuffy because of the excess stuff trying to come out from birth.

yes! just use a humidifier and the nose thingy it helped my son alot

my son is 2 months old he gets these huge green boogers once a while I imagine its normal he doesn't seem to have a cold or anything
