Have you tried getting a belly support belt/girdle? I got one just for everyday use cause my belly is to big for my body lol and my lower back would hurt but with the support it lifts my belly and it doesn't hurt anymore unless I'm not wearing it

I know I'm 5'0 and usually 105lbs and right now I'm 134 with 13 weeks to go and I lift boxes all day :(
