thank u. i just try my best to send out some motivation to people. it took me 3 years to grow my perm out (only because my hair was much longer) but well worth it. ppl think natural hair is so much work but i promise you i have the simplest routine ever. alot easier than when it was permed. i no longer have to keep perms up and straighten every weekend. i straighten 2x a year and thats it

@dlondra2015, I think washing it would be okay... I went out in the open the next day after my discharge from the hospital and my friend threw a fit lmbo! The way I see it if your doctor doesn't warn you about it then you're safe

Never heard of that... I have a friend from Louisiana and she said something about not washing your hair.. I believe it's an old wives tale! I washed my hair and experienced no negative side effects @dlondra2015
