i actually don't breast feed anymore....my supply dried up when my baby was 3 weeks 😒

i tried everything to increase my supply...mothers milk tea and those pills and oatmeal and it helped for a little bit and then one day i woke up to pump and i couldn't even get an oz. soooo yeah my milk just like disappeared 😒
