Everyone is different. I made the mistake of trying to go for a run 2wks pp with my first. I felt fine beforehand but my body was not ready for it. I think I set myself back and had I continued I may have ended up hurting myself. And I'm a runner! I say take it easy in the beginning. Like brisk walking, and light weights and gradually work yourself up. WL Supps are the wrong answer as well.

Me. I'm 5w 6d pp & haven't done anything workout wise. I do plan on starting tomorrow though.
