I feed jimmie on command but all day today I have not felt my milk come down and he doesn't seem satisfied either, like he's been wanting to nurse all day he's 7 weeks am I doing something wrong???

right @californiahaley my son did that for a few weeks, we ended up giving him a pacifier which really helped.

Basically what @mckinleysmomma2015 said. Plus he could be comfort nursing as well so he wouldn't actually be eating much

you should be able to tell by the way he eats. if he's getting deep sucks and you can hear him swallowing he should be getting enough. also if he pulls off the nipple himself.

Then how will I know if he's actually getting milk the whole time he's nursing? @mckinleysmomma2015 @californiahaley

it's a possibility. he could be eating so often that your milk hasn't had time to replenish.

Is that why I'm not filling my milk let down, bc he's eating so often? @californiahaley

6-7 weeks is a growth spurt period. He's probably just extra hungry due to lots of growing.
