i'm 2 weeks PP & its been a week since ive been having cramps & horrible back pain! is this normal?

I have bad back pain but I think it's because I bend over a lot and hold my baby a lot and have a horrible posture when I do. Plus when I try to sleep on my stomach it's a horrible ache where I got my epidural.
Anybody been induce at 39 weeks ?

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩
So I know that In the Latino culture you’re suppose to wait the 6 weeks (quarentena) to be able to have sex again. I’m currently at 5 weeks and I cheated and had sex last night! It had been too long! Did any of u do it before the 6 weeks?
@mariags, I take motrin 800 and use my heating pad, I would soak in the tub with Epsom salt but I still got these stupid stitches that ain't dissolved yet
