@mariags, I take motrin 800 and use my heating pad, I would soak in the tub with Epsom salt but I still got these stupid stitches that ain't dissolved yet

@mrssabby is there anything you do to help it?

I'm 5wks pp today and my back still kills me

Yes if you received a epidural yes .

I have bad back pain but I think it's because I bend over a lot and hold my baby a lot and have a horrible posture when I do. Plus when I try to sleep on my stomach it's a horrible ache where I got my epidural.
