I bottle feed breast milk & supplement with formula,  but no matter what my little man always ends up with the hiccups.  Is there anything  I can do about this?

He gets burped every 15ml & only drinks about 2oz every 3-4hrs... I mean,  he doesn't always burp but once he's done,  we try to burp him.  My bf's mom says sugar water helps stop the hiccups but never said how much.

I breastfeed and my baby gets hiccups all the time, if you figure out why, let me know please!

Someone on here said Thier bellies r getting full too fsst. I breastfeed so I do not have the problem too much. But maybe stop and burp him after every oz.
