I've had so much painful pressure on my anus and vagina the last few days! my urination has picked up a ton, and I poop more too. I'm 35weeks, does anyone else have this?

I was checked today and I am not dilated at all but my Dr said she is not that far from my cervix lol.
I'm hoping he's dropped! 😃 I get my first dilation check on Monday, I'm hoping I've done something with this pain lol @eskawho
I did this past week it started...Turns out my baby dropped a little😊 but if you are concerned ask you dr.
