ladies,what do Braxton hicks contractions feel like? and how early did yours start?

I'm 20 weeks and just had some yesterday!! tightening of the uterus. slightly uncomfortable.

Do you feel it in your back?

@r_oo, I felt hem very early at like 16 weeks, and you can get them as soon as 12 I think I read somewhere., your tummy will get really tight and hard, it shouldn't hurt its just uncomfortable. and I don't think you get them in your back no.

mine started at 16 weeks with this baby. your stomach will get real tight and hard for several seconds and then it'll relax. they are uncomfortable but not really painful.

you can feel in your back too

Mine were never painful just super uncomfortable because ur whole stomach gets really tight especially at the bottom. when the baby is alot bigger is when it would hurt cuz she would ball up at the same time on the top of my stomach like in my lungs or ribs. I think I started feeling them closer to 30 wks for me

Honestly, mine hurt But my doctor told me its because my frame is small. I feel mine only in my back, so I guess that's why they hurt mostly.
