Ouch. My right hip is grinding! slept with a pillow between my legs and did some yoga... I hope this goes away soon.

My boobs are leaking and soaking my baby girl!!
I had to sleep with my body pillow between my legs every night... otherwise my hips would be throbbing by the morning 😥 take a nice hot bath! those always helped me relax my aches and pains while pregnant.
