Im only 13 weeks but im having really bad hip pains 😳 i already have problems with my hips but these past 2 weeks its been really bad ... anyone else experiencing this ?xx

never heard of hip pains. I suffer from a tight stomach pain which somes and goes. Im sure all is well

I had hip and pelvis pain really early on (from about 12 wks) turns out it was SPD and it's just gonna get worse I'm afraid! :( x

I have clicking hip syndrome which makes it really hard for me to lay on the same side for too long...but the last 2 weeks when i walk a lot i get these stabbing pains like in the back of my hips which is like in my butt cheek :( but ill ask my midwive in my next appointment. Thank you ladies xx

yup I have really bad hip pain too, the doctor diagnosed it as bursitis. Ice packs on the area of the pain for 20mins and pain relief seems to help. I also have acupuncture and physio coming up. Look into those suggestions. Feel better soon hun xx

If it's in ur butt cheek it might be sciatica. Ask ur midwife for physio. X
