has anyone else having horrible numbness in both arms. from elbow to fingers?! I feel like I'm going crazy. this hurts so bad I wanna cry! their numb 90% of the time!!! calling my Dr to see if I can get in sooner than Friday. this has been going on for over a week. I went to l&d all they said was to watch how much salt I eat. really, its not that. he's on a nerve or something. and I can't sleep with my arms being super numb all the time. it takes hours for it to stop, or it doesn't at all. :-(

I've had that happen in my legs a few times and walking really helped it go away. I'm not sure if it will help your situation but maybe some there's some type of Range of motion exercises that could help. You might try Googling hand and arm exercises you could do. I hope it goes away for you soon I know how horrible it can be. Best of luck!
