I had a csection this past Friday I had one 5 years ago and two vaginal births in between that time but I'm in so much pain and barely can walk the meds they gave are not helping anybody know anything I can try to help with the pain??
Agh I could cry!!! Worst tummy ache/period pains ever, in bed taken paracetamol so hopefully that helps so I can sleep! Suddenly came from no where!!!

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Anything I can put on a burn to relieve the pain?

that's how I was my first one this one is totally different I'm up talking little walks, dropping my sons off to school I'm just really sore and then I'm having pains to sometimes I can't walk
