Okay. labor contractions, once they start they won't stop when you are in real labor right?? I've been having legit contractions for weeks and I'm trying to figure out how I know I'm in labor at this point lol I've had false labor like 7 times now and they said the only way I'd know at this point is to have my cervix checked :/

I've heard it's awful too. Let's just think good thoughts cause there isn't much we can do about it. I've decided every few days to take a walk or have sex but not obsess over making the baby come out cause it's too much work and I don't wanna be disappointed. We will have them soon enough. I just hope it's sooner rather than later😔😔😔
@mmora, Yeah 14 days isn't to far! I just don't wanna be induced.. I've heard it's terrible, but it is what it is I guess :/

Oooh thanks for the heads up!! My doc gave me the okay to try things to go into labor but now I feel chicken about it!! Not gonna lie I'm scared to have this baby 😢😢like terrified. Idk why I've all of the sudden gotten so scared. If it works for you I may have to try it and get this over with!! I have a pump and everything
@mmora, idk if you plan on pumping but I pulled mine out for stimulation and it's giving me some nice contractions, just in case you thought about trying it!

@sking092192, I've made a rule for myself to not go in until it hurts really bad. Cause our contractions have usually spanned over hours you know? And they can be close together or far apart so I would say you'll know when it hurts worse than it ever has before lol

I did they same thing I went to the hospital 5 times for false labor 6th time was a charm and the real contractions feel like you would rather bash your head in a brick wall to knock yourself out then to be awake to feel the pain 😂😂
@jackee856, I've been in and out of the hospital with contractions since I was like 28 weeks? they said they are real contractions but my cervix wouldn't move for anything to happen until about a week ago lol so now I'm praying for labor. I'm sick of contractions
they are probably just Braxton hicks then because real contractions won't stop they will just get worse. But ask your doctor to be sure to because it all hurts to me lol
they way my nurse at the hospital explained it to me too was that Braxton hicks Contractions feel like menstrual cramps and real contractions feel like someone is stabbing you.
Mine will get that way then in 2 or 3 hours they just stop. completely @jackee856 it's awful

Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
Well ladies if you're having a drastic increase in contractions GO IN... I'm 5cm dilated and going to labor and delivery to have my baby!!!
I'm so confused because I've had a lot of people tell me that I'll know when I'm in labor because of the contractions , but I've also had people tell me they didn't feel their contractions until after their water broke , which sometimes the doctors had to do .. So when do you know ??
What you saving it for? For baby? How long till milk comes in?
