im 9 days pp & its been about 4 days were i get cramps & a horrible back pain that makes me really nausous? could the back pain be from the epidural?
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

mine starts when I stand up for too long. But its getting better for me hang in their I hope it gets better for u also @mariags

yes epidural does that to ppls back it sucks
