My left boob decides when it's done being pumped.... But it still hurts like he'll & is pretty engorged. Help!

The hot shower definitely helped a lot. Wish I could pump while showering, lol.

hand express while you are in the shower

I tried hand expressing in the shower too, I think my ducts got swollen shut. Was able to open a couple and pump afterwards though, which was nice.
