does anyone here check themselves to see if they are dialated? or have their partner check?

You yourself couldn't reach to check because you have to get the whole length of your fingers in as far as they will possibly go & I can't even do that when I'm not pregnant let alone with a belly lol. I wouldn't suggest your SO unless they know what they're doing because they could really do damage accidentally

If you're not a doctor, I wouldn't suggest doing that because they're trained w/ PhDs on exactly what to feel and how

I mean its not rocket science as long as u know ur basic anatomy. they told me it was safe but to make sure to wash ur hands before and after.
