having these like this ro at least an hour some are short an some are long sometimes they are close an sometimes far ! an I'm having sharp pains in between for like 3 seconds .... should I go ?

Hey ladies question so I’m messing with this guy and me and him been talking for a minute and we have been having sex and like some stuff is off like he don’t want me at his house and he’s 30 and like he comes round only at night time and like after we done having sex he hurry up and wash his self off like his face and mouth and penis with soap and when we kiss he want me to wipe my lipgloss off first
Does these sound like signs of him cheating and him having someone back at home ??????
