Mommies that suffered headaches: did you find anything that helps? Tylenol sucks eggs and doesn't do snot for these…

i have headaches almost constantly i find a cool damp cloth over my forehead and eyes while resting in a dark room helps (not too possible if you have kids tho)

if its a sinus type headache Sudafed or Tylenol cold helps sometimes.

try a cold rag on the back of your neck

I've also tried heat, cold compresses, drinking water in case it was dehydration , rubbing out my usual tension muscles...I guess this headaches just particularly stubborn

I'm a big mtn dew girl ever since my 2nd birth ... The caffeine doesn't even seem to help ( just admitted my biggest pregnancy no-no 🙈)

I used to take Tylenol & drink a coke right after

Let's just call me allergic to coffee... The real issue there is a bit complicated lol

sometimes a half cup of coffee with the Tylenol helps mine
