Yes I know.. my daughter had the same problem! Since my son was in the NICU for the first week I didn't have a choice. I wish I could've got him on the breast in the beginning

He hates the breast bc the bottle is easier and he knows it now lol . I'm working on baby number 5 right now and with my last two, once I started using the bottle breastfeeding became a struggle for this very reason

@krittle, yea you're right about that, he hates the breast for some reason.. I'm still trying to give it to him though

Breast milk is easier to digest and therefore babies will get hungry more often . It's normal. Also , it could be the comfort of sucking that baby is after as bottles take much less sucking to get reward than the breast.

@lee_nuhh, oh okay... my son wants to eat whenever he's awake, sometimes every hour... I just recently started adding a bit of rice cereal to his bottles

I've had to go up to 6 oz cause my daughter eats alot. But I make her little 4 oz bottles
