So my MIL honestly thought I would let my daughter be in a car seat that they found at the landfill!!! Luckily we quickly dodged that argument since it had been expired since 2008...but really there's a reason why it was trashed...expired, been in an accident, etc. hell no would I ever let her ride in that plus it was in the GARBAGE---that's disgusting 😒 #reasonswhyyoucantbabysit

@brandi_22, I flipped out on her ! I'm all for reusing clothes or baby stuff but not once it's hit the garbage! Our car seat was my nieces and it's still in good condition and doesn't expire for 2 years and we got other hand me downs all in good condition from people we know

that's normal as long as you know the person it came from or you got from a 2nd hand store were you know they cleaned it at least
