Last pregnant photo. 39 weeks 4 days. Starting to get super nervous about tomorrow. My babies are with friends and I miss them like crazy. Everything is packed and ready to go. Hoping these contractions will let me sleep, have to be up at 5 so we can be there by 7:30. Praying for the strength to get through the next few days, and home with my family complete.
