I can't believe your supposed to drink a gallon water a day while pregnant!! That's two 64oz or four 32oz drinks! My lord!
That's nothing.. i drink 102oz a day!! that's not including all the ice i eat along with my water.
@parkers_mommy, thank you. I'll ask my doctor! Because, I was worried if I didn't drink enough her heart rate would go back up.
@katelyndphillips, I was told a gallon total, 1/2 being water at l&d. It can be bad news if you drink too much watch.
@parkers_mommy, yeah, I would just follow what your doctor says. I had to go to the l&d last night because, I was having contractions and when I got there my baby girls heart rate was up in the 200's. And, they made me drink some water and it ended up going back to normal. So, they said I was dehydrated. But, my pee was clear. So, I don't know. But, that's what I told there. And, I was like how in the heck could anyone drink all that?
I was told by a high risk doctor that you need a gallon of fluids a day, half being water, the rest could be juices. but everyone says different things.
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Is this the one yall drink to induce??? I'm desperate
drinks!!!!
Honestly......

I drink more than a gallon most days. It's not that hard depending on the person. It's the only thing that makes my thirst go away.
