So the only formula my son can drink without getting a tummy ache is soy milk. I also breastfeed. Well anyway this girl asked me why i give my son Soy milk if its bad for boys because it has a lot of hormones. Is this true?

soy does have estrogen in it. i would ask your dr if you are concerned though.

It's phytoestrogens . It has to undergo a process to become true estrogen . My older boy used it just fine. As a matter of fact that was what my pediatrician reccomended when we began supplementing. Besides, countries where soy is a staple have thier little boys grow up just fine.

He'll be fine. If it wasn't meant for boys it would say it on the label.

exactly what @krittle said. it won't effect your baby to use soy formula.
