Ok I have a question I never knew that when they check your cervix they can feel different things an I'm confused by it ! They checked my cervix and I'm 3-4cm dialated, effacement 70% , and fetal station ? She said I was -3 what does that mean ??

That's fetal station is how high or low your baby is sitting

@brendaaboooooo, yeah its ok though just walk and also bounce on an exercise ball it should help make the baby drop. I bounced on one for 20mins and the next day lost my plug so it definitely does something lol

@brendaaboooooo, bouncing on an exercise ball helps! I went in Monday and wasn't dilated or anything and they were threatning to induce me already so I started bouncing on a ball and taking primrose pills today I just left labor and delivery with her dropped, having contractions and dilated to a 1!
