Why are you getting an nst?

I have GD so they just monitor baby's heart rate & my contractions because apparently I've been getting contractions and just didn't know. I thought it was just pressure @spud

Everything went welll & baby is very active & his heart rate is right where it's supposed to be! I didn't have any contractions today which is good!! And baby has a full head of hair!! 😍🙈 @spud
