Is It Unhealthy Not to Gain Weight During Pregnancy?

Yes I think so...and swelling. Cause my diet hasn't changed. Also maybe as we get moving slower and less. But m sure I have gained weight thruout so far it just didn't feel noticeable at all. Then entering 3rd trimester poof 😳😒

What actually makes u gain weight 3rd trimester if my diet is still gonna be the same? Water retention? @dovejazz

@mrs.hernandez.2013, same here girl 😩it all hit me at once it feels. No weight gain in 1st& 2nd trimester.

I did not gain any weight in the first or second trimester I'm gaining weight at my third trimester I started weighing 175 and now I'm 191lbs

I'll be 39 weeks Wednesday and have only gained 3 pounds as long as baby is growing healthy and you're healthy then it's not a big deal. every pregnancy is different.

I'm in the same boat as you, I can't hold the weight I gain cause of a med condition. I started my pregnancy at 95lbs & at 40wks, I weigh 107lbs. My baby is healthy and so am I. Just keep up a good diet and your doctors shouldn't bug you too much about it. You'll be fine(:

ensure dont work liquids get stuck in my esophagus too. lol i cant tell u how many ppl asked me that. if i could drink ensures i would have a long time ago @krb0911

Nothing happened to me with my first pregnancy I didn't gain no weight at all..I actually lost weight out of the 10lbs I lost I only gained 8lbs back I had a healthy 5lbs 7oz boy...this pregnancy is the same way except I so far lost more than 10lbs and I haven't gained nothing back yet but so far baby girl is healthy

Your baby will take from you so it will probably hurt your body in the long run more than your baby. If your doctor is aware you should be okay since they will make sure the baby is growing.

as long as your doctor says it's fine then that's all that matters.You will gain once you enter the 3rd trim.
