looking into apartments...and I'm excited...lol but right now my son co sleeps..he is 2 now so I'm not worried about him sleeping with us still but he will have his own room..but has never slept on his own bed..he hated cribs toddler bed..so..we have a twin bed ready for him..but getting him in his own bed and room..should I keep all his toys and stuff out until he is completely ready for his own bed and room that way he realizes bed time is bed time not play time..so he won't have anything to mess with..idk what to do..he was my first I didn't start off to good with him..I let him sleep with me..and I gave him milk and a binki to bed..(he is off binki)(and doesn't wake up at night for milk anymore)...it just sucks having neighbors and them having to hear him cry at night if he doesn't wanna sleep...but I mean..what can I do lol..I try

you can try without toys if that doesn't work try toys sometimes they will play quietly until they fall asleep.

My sisters daughter has slept with them till she was five mainly because they lived with in laws , needless to say they made her room the way she wanted and she felt more comfortable being apart of that process she falls asleep in her bed with my sister putting her to sleep pretty much. She still wakes up in the middle of the night and gets in their bed but her sleeping in there to begin with is a start. So just have him apart of the process of making his room his and play and stuff in there to get him comfortable with it
