Why Do I Feel High After Taking Percocet for Tooth Pain?
.. so I was prescribed percocet when I gave birth to my son & I didn't take them every time I was in pain.. I try to tough it out, if I can.. so 3 months later I still have some.. last week I had a wisdom tooth pulled & I am STILL in pain because I have friggen dry socket 😭😭😭 the pain is so unbearable!! I swear tooth pain is probably the worst pain ever! (because it is constant) 😭😭 anyways I took a percocet and I feel high.. but I remember taking 2 at a time every 4 hours in the hospital and never felt like this.. weird. pain is gone though! 😊 but I feel nauseous as crap too.. let's see how I sleep.. goodnight mommas!😚

Oh no I'm sorry :( tooth pain can be the worst!!! I'm supposed to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed after my delivery some time.. Bad idea?

yea when I was in the hospital I took 2... I was so woozy...felt drunk so I made sure when I got home I took 1 so I won't drop my baby or anything lol

@mmmirage, it's better to do all 4 at once! so you only recover 1 time from it. This was my 4th tooth pulled in 3 separate occations.. 😭😭 so 3 different recoveries from it.. and make them put you to sleep.. I stayed awake each time.. and the 2nd time I was 5 mos pregnant and had 2 removed because I had a damn infection and couldn't eat so they needed to be extracted immediately and couldn't take anything but Tylenol and it did NOTHING for the pain...it was hell! so yes I strongly recommend getting all 4 done at once.. it's gonna suck the first couple days because you can't eat crap at first.. but by day 3 you should be fine.. unless you get dry socket.. like I did this crap sucks soo bad!

Omggg never during pregnancy! When I went to the specialist , she said to wait it out because it'll be painful afterwards but she said she will put me to sleep for the process so thank god I won't be awake while they cut open n all. But I don't know if it's a good idea while breast feeding because I'll barely be able to eat

Yeah I wouldn't do it breastfeeding.. mine were coming in and popping thru the gums so it hurt like a bitch and that's why I got them removed.. If yours are still under the gum line then wait it out.@mmmirage,

Yeh the problem with mine are they're under the gum line, they're only half out. They won't fully come out Cuz I have no space n it hurts but I'm going to wait it out as long as I can ESP after what happened with u 😰
