so if i hve proof that he has bren threating me and i fear for my life cuz who knows what he cn do....so if i tell a lawyer and show the lawyer the text he has been sending me cn i get full custody of my baby even of the baby is not born....he threatens to come to my moms house and find me and do idk wat....nd i told him to lets go to court instead...he has anger issues as well so i cn ask to have him checked and if he visits the baby once he is born he has to be acompanoed by a police officer or some type of government person...he says he will take away my child and just cuz i didnt want to put his name and cuz i didnt want to agree on the things he says...he has the nerve to tell me am his woman nd may i mention he has a gf already...like wtf dude am not ur property really

I don't think you can use text message in court... because technically "anyone" could have sent them that's how they will look at it in court might need a different proof

I went through the same thing with my 3 older children's father next time he sends a threatening text call the cops and make a report have the cops look at the text print the text out go to court and get a restraining order against him with the restraining order he could only Vist the children on weekends with supervision it sounds like a lot but it's all worth it at the end @joana

girl do it I was the same way too I was pregnant and I was holding off on calling the cops until he showed up at my apt and sent me pictures saying he was at my house he even sent a pic of my bedroom window I was so scared trust me after I got the restraining order I feel safe now and stress free dont feel sorry for him if you do. you need to worry about you and your babys safety
