so i had kahtalina wensday morning and i had the epidural and my back is still hurting.. what helps the pain? i can't sit up for very long it even walk very well i can't even walk with my little girl in my arms

my pain meds they gave me helped alot! and still help
Did they not give you any pain medicine for it?
