I understand, my baby daddy told me he was taking me to court as soon as I have my son. I don't have money for a lawyer but I can defend myself well enough in court. You're the child's mother just remember that. You're carrying the child. Idk where you live but if your state is like Oklahoma you'll be fine. Unfortunately court will probably at the very least give him visitation unless he's proven unfit. Don't stress about it tho as hard as that is.

If his gf is handling his business then yea he isn't ready to be a daddy. I hope they stay out of your way so you can raise your baby how you want to
