I just wanna cry 😢 been having contractions for 2 days now & they aren't even getting stronger 😥

awesome good luck!! I'm hoping that will happen for me. I know I have a long way to go once they start because I wasn't dialted or effaced at my appt on thursday.

that's how I was Thursday than yesterday they started getting more regular I came in this morning at 4 & was 6cm @jadien2010

they are pretty irregular they range from 5-30 min. apart. but have been getting stronger since yesterday. so hopefully they will start evening out.

@delilahsmommy2015, she only told me that because I woke up with them yesterday & she said come in when they are stronger!

I feel you. I've been contracting for a week. they haven't even helped me progress. so close to the end :)

don't worry they will get there its when your baby is ready heres a trick that worked with me just relax and think positive someone told me if the baby feels anger or fear it won't come out so just do the opposite and I did and she came out

@delilahsmommy2015, awe man our babies need to hurry! can you still walk/talk through them?
